In the recent years, we saw the emergence of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) as one of the most sought-after courses among the professional degrees. It has become a pre-requisite qualification for the aspirants entering the software profession. This was not the situation 3-4 years back. The boom in the IT sector has turned the tide towards MCA and now the MCA graduates along with the engineering graduates are ruling the Software Arena.

Eligibilty
(For First Year Admission)
The candidate must have passed a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years’ duration with Mathematics at the 10+2 level or at the graduate level, securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
(For Lateral Entry Admission)
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years’ duration in BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), or an equivalent program, with Mathematics as a subject at the 10+2 level or at the graduate level, securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
